The production laboratories at Limerick and Platin undertake routine physical and chemical testing as an essential aspect of product quality control. Testing is carried out at all stages of production, from raw materials to final despatched product, using state-of-the-art automated laboratories. Product data is routinely provided to customers.

The laboratories also provide back-up facilities as part of customer technical support on product quality and significant testing of concrete mixes utilising company products is undertaken on a routine basis.

In addition, the central research laboratory in Platin undertakes a range of sophisticated physical and chemical tests and analyses on concrete to assist the Technical Advisory team in providing a unique technical support service to customers.
