Dispatch personnel at both Limerick and Platin work in tandem with our Regional Sales Managers to ensure smooth on-time distribution of cement products. Computerisation has greatly assisted efficiencies with more driver-loading operations to enhance flexibility.

Dispatch
Irish Cement dispatches cement, both bulk and bagged, to all parts of the island of Ireland. Platin serves customers in the north, east and midland regions including the Dublin market while Limerick serves customers in the south and west of the country.
Bulk and bagged cement is dispatched from both plants by road.
Our Limerick and Platin dispatch silos are both equipped with state of the art 24 hour driver loading facilities.

Technical support to customers is provided by Civil Engineers with broad practical experience of cement and concrete technology. Advisory Engineers are familiar with ongoing advances in concrete technology and with developments in standards, specifications and building practice in Ireland, the U.K. and Europe.
With years of practical experience, Engineers are available at all times to undertake troubleshooting assignments for customers either in their production plants or on construction sites.
Backed-up by our central laboratory and our Research and Development laboratory, cement and concrete technology issues can be quickly investigated and solutions provided.
