Our Frontline Leadership Programme highlights the importance of safety and leadership in our business and reinforces our efforts to strive towards a safe and secure workplace for all our employees.

A Frontline Leader is defined as an operational employee who directly supervises employees and/or contractors within their team. He/she is typically one level above general operational employees and are responsible for day-to-day operations.
All Frontline Leaders globally are in scope for this training.
Employee Development Programme
The Employee Development Programme is a CRH led 7-month programme for our employees across all levels of the business in our operating companies in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Our employees get the opportunity to meet colleagues and leaders from across the businesses and learn about key topics impacting our industry.

During the programme the employees work in small project teams, supported by a mentor tackling key issues that is important to the business and providing impactful solutions. Our employees also get the chance to participate in the Charity Team-Building Challenge which always generates a sense of competition for a good cause!

- Opportunity to network and build relationships with colleagues from different businesses
- Developing practical skills, for example communication, teamwork, organisation, prioritisation and leadership
