01. Responsibility
Graduates are given early responsibility and ownership, working across key areas of the plant and business.
Hands-on experience in operations, production and engineering.
Exposure to people management and influencing skills.
Rotation across different areas and sites.
02. Continuous Development
Development is supported through a combination of on-the-job learning and structured programmes.
Semi-structured development across technical, commercial and leadership skills.
Accredited IBEC (TU Dublin) graduate programme.
Participation in CRH’s International Technical Programme (ITP-C).
